It’s always a joy to celebrate our frontline staff who go above and beyond in their roles every single day. At Simaril, we know that the work of our Direct Social Workers (DSWs) and Outreach Support Members (OSMs) lies at the very heart of what we do. That’s why our recent DSW and OSM Appreciation Event was such a meaningful and special occasion, a chance to come together as a community and give back a small piece of recognition these individuals so richly deserve.

Throughout the event, we took time to recognize the exceptional work our DSWs and OSMs do every day, whether that is supporting individuals one-on-one, responding to crisis situations, helping build stronger communities, or simply being a steady, compassionate presence in someone’s life.

This special event brought smiles, heartfelt messages, and a deep sense of gratitude from our leadership team, including our Directors Eilene Hyde, Lindsay Delanoy, Lisa Hamm and CEO, Jeff Daly who shared their appreciation for the great job our Direct Support Workers (DSW) and OSMs do every day.
