2025–2026 Annual Report
Simaril’s 2025–2026 Annual Report highlights the past year across our programs, services, community connections, organizational growth, and financial results.

Our 2025 AGM was a truly inspiring evening filled with connection, reflection, and celebration. The event brought together the persons we support, their families, staff, and our board members. We looked back on a year of incredible growth and looked ahead with excitement and renewed hope.

A standout moment was the Staff Awards Ceremony, where our CEO Jeff Daly presented awards to team members who go above and beyond every day to contribute their quarter towards providing compassionate, person-centered support that empowers the individuals we support to live fulfilling and independent lives.

What is so special about the awards is that all awardees were nominated and voted for by team members. The compassion and commitment of our staff is the heartbeat of everything we do.
From heartfelt speeches to joyful reunions, the AGM reminded us of the strength and the unity of purpose of our community. One thing is sure: our today and tomorrow will always be better than our yesterday.
A big thank you to all attendees and everyone who made the event a success.
