Jeff Daly currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Simaril. Has been with Simaril since 2012 as Executive Director, Jeff has played a pivotal role in guiding the organization. In his role, he emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships and providing compassionate care, both of which are central to Simaril’s mission. His vast experience has shaped his leadership approach at Simaril. Jeff remains dedicated to improving the lives of individuals supported by the organization, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and support.

Lindsey Martens is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Simaril. Since joining the organization in 2015, Lindsey has served in several key financial roles, including Finance Payroll Manager and Financial Director, before being promoted to CFO in 2024. She brings a strong background in accounting to Simaril.

Daria Pakhomova is the Human Resources Director at Simaril Supported Living. Since joining the organization in February 2024, Daria has leveraged her diverse experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors to enhance the agency’s HR operations. With a post-graduate diploma in HR Management from the University of Winnipeg, PACE, Daria brings a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources, Operations, and Training/Education. She is also an educator, teaching courses such as First Aid & CPR, and is deeply committed to making a meaningful impact within healthcare and social services. Daria’s leadership and dedication play a vital role in supporting Simaril’s mission to empower individuals with disabilities.

Eilene Hyde is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Simaril. Since joining the organization in 2017, Eilene has held several leadership roles, including Community Program Director, Residential Service Manager, and Community Outreach & SIL Manager. Eilene has been instrumental in driving community outreach programs and enhancing supported independent living services, contributing significantly to Simaril’s growth and success.

Lindsay Delanoy is the Independent Living Director at Simaril, a position she has held since April 2021. In this role, she oversees independent living programs, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary support to lead fulfilling lives. Before this, Lindsay served as the Community Outreach and Supported Independent Living (SIL) Manager from November 2016 to April 2021. Her dedication and expertise have been crucial to the growth and success of Simaril’s community outreach and SIL programs.

Lisa Hamm is the Community Residential Director at Simaril. Lisa began her journey with the organization in 2019 as a House Leader and was promoted to Community Manager two years later. Her commitment to providing the best possible care led to her current role as Residential Director, where she is responsible for overseeing and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Lisa views her work as an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people she supports.
